1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods such as promotions or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders β no minimum purchase required.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 3 to 7 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and factors beyond our control. Rose Paris is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, when available. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and shipping method used and may vary.
6. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Rose Paris pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, Rose Paris is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if the package or product arrived damaged
We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Rose Paris is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We will either reship the order or issue a refund for the product price. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount if the undeliverable status was due to customer error.
10. Porch Piracy and Stolen Packages
Rose Paris is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing. We strongly recommend having your package delivered to a secure location. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local law enforcement and contacting the carrier directly.
11. Force Majeure
Rose Paris shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government orders, or disruptions to the transportation network.
