1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every Rose Paris product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. No questions asked.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Product is unopened and unused
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at:

Subject line: RETURN REQUEST β Order #[your order number]
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos if the product is damaged or defective
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send any items back without prior authorization β unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Standard returns (change of mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Rose Paris will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label upon request.
5. Return Address
Your authorized return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved. We do not accept returns sent directly to our corporate address.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card or Shopify Payments: Refund to the card used at checkout
- PayPal: Refund directly to your PayPal account
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@myroseparis.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund, at your choice. Rose Paris will bear all costs associated with the return and replacement.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Items that have been visibly used or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe stated above:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company β it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank β there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@myroseparis.com
11. Consumer Protection
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act and applicable state consumer protection statutes.
