Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, social media) with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders and handle returns
- Contribute to improving the shopping experience on our website
- Share customer feedback with the product team to help us continuously improve
Your Profile:
- You love connecting with people and finding solutions
- You write clearly, positively, and warmly
- You are organized, self-motivated, and proactive
- Experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus
